Please note that a shipping and handling fee for equipment applies to the 1 and 6-month plans at checkout, while our 12-month plan includes free shipping. With FallCall, if you fall, you will have a time limit to respond and notify others that you're okay. If this does not happen within the time window, whoever you designate to be notified will get an alert on their phones with your location. Our 24/7 monitoring center is also notified of the fall also. An Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD), trained as an EMT, will call you within seconds to check if you're okay and send help if needed.
